One-Stop Navigator brings together, in one place, information that can connect immigrants to resources they need most in their language of origin. Launched as a face-to-face service, One-Stop Navigator is designed to become an easily accessible web-based platform and mobile app, while still providing personal support and individualized mentoring and counseling.

After School provides small group and individual homework help and grade appropriate skill building, English language instruction, plus many health, nutrition, cultural, recreational, community service and enrichment activities through musical instrument instruction, chess lessons, a coding club, robotics, and test preparation for exam and independent school entrance. Offered on school days from 3-7pm and 12-5 on Saturdays. Virtual programming offered as needed.

Summertime at IFSI is an exciting time for educational and extra-curricular activities for Pre-K to 6th grade. IFSI is teeming with academic skill building activities to reduce summer learning loss and enrichment-based activities. This includes music lessons, art, physical fitness, field trips, and STEAM projects giving students the opportunity to explore new interests that would not normally be available

IFSI develops the next generation of leaders by encouraging older students to give back. They build confidence and leadership by mentoring and tutoring younger students. Racial inequities, police abuse, and the Black Lives Matter movement are impacting teens during their most impressionable years. They can be emotional, angry, and deeply saddened by the world around them. IFSI provides creative and constructive ways for them to express themselves.

Trained and tutored by professional musicians and students from top local music schools, children learn to play string and wind musical instruments individually and in groups. IFSI children build a lifetime love of the arts as they learn to play an instrument and perform in an ensemble, even online

IFSI helps newcomers get up to speed quickly. When you enter the IFSI village you can acquire the skills you need most immediately—English language and computer basics.
