Gerry Curtin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Langwater Capital Partners, LLC, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm. With decades of experience in real estate private equity, asset management, and corporate real estate strategy, he has built a distinguished career leading high-profile projects and managing significant portfolios nationwide. Prior to founding Langwater, he served as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Cross Harbor Capital Partners, LLC, and earlier as Director of Real Estate for Citizens Financial Group, where he oversaw more than 10 million square feet across 11 states. A graduate of Boston College High School and Boston College, Gerry remains deeply connected to his community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Claddagh Fund, supporting charitable initiatives throughout the region. He lives in Boston and is a dedicated father of three.
